Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Current Washington LPN license
· At least two years’ experience in long term care preferably in Assisted Living

Areas of Responsibility:
· Provide direct resident care as scheduled by Resident Care Director
· Read communication book at the beginning of each shift.
· Assist with supervising and coaching of caregiving staff
· Assess and develop negotiated service agreements for prospective residents and modify negotiated service agreements of existing residents as needed or as assigned by supervisor
· On call for medical issues and emergencies.
· Assist Resident Care Director with ensuring that all Boarding Home regulations are met
· Assist with oversight of the medication assistance program to ensure residents on medication assistance receive their medications as ordered by their physician
· Interact regularly with doctors and health care professionals to ensure residents’ care needs are met
· Become familiar with and follow all AL and other pertinent Chateau policies, procedures, and systems.
· Respect privacy, dignity and confidentiality regarding all residents and their care by following HIPPA guidelines
· Assure appropriate revenue capture
· Assure that all incident reports and other necessary documentation are properly completed
· Assist with staff meetings & continuing education to meet performance requirements of caregivers and other regulated & required training

Salary/Supervisory/Exempt
Salary Range: $43,000-$47,000 plus bonus
The food server is responsible for serving meals in the dining room and for the appearance and cleanliness of assigned dining room and kitchen serving areas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Previous experience in related field preferred
· Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English
· Current food handler’s permit, knowledge of sanitary procedures and hand washing technique
· Calm, pleasant and polite demeanor
· Maintains a neat and clean appearance at all times and complies with uniform policy
· Be willing to learn, take directions from supervisors and accept new responsibilities
· Valid CPR and First Aid
Areas of Responsibility:
· Serve meals according to the property’s guidelines
· Bus, clean and reset tables according to guidelines
· Follow weekly cleaning schedule
· Plate salads and deserts as directed by the Dining Room Manager
· Clean and maintain assigned areas of the kitchen and dining room
· Assemble and deliver room trays as directed
· Vacuum dining room as necessary
· Put away incoming orders as directed
· Inform supervisors of items that need reordering
· Other duties as assigned by the Dining Room Manager

Hourly Rate: $9.04/hr
The Activities Assistant is responsible for helping the Activity Director in developing and coordinating a successful activities and volunteer program.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred
· At least one-year experience in long term care services, preferably in Assisted Living
· Caring and compassionate attitude
· Experience with dementia and Alzheimer’s experience preferred
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to use the computer for calendar preparation
· Current CPR and First Aid certification
· Food handler’s permit
· Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Other training requirements: Fundamentals, Mental Health, Dementia etc.
Areas of Responsibility:
· Activities Assistant helps in developing and coordinating in-house activities, community events and entertainment programs
· Assist in coordination of volunteer/vendor participation in the community
· Drive the vehicles whenever needed and supervise resident outings
· Develop relationships that allow for better resident care and a stronger resident community. (by fostering connections and gaining residents’ trust)
· Organize storage spaces and maintain supply inventory for activities.
· Other duties as assigned by the Activity Director
· Leading and organizing activities for our memory care unit
Pay Rate: $12.25/hr.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday

• Oversee resident assessment process via computer based program including scheduled and change of condition resident assessments ensuring care plans, ADL flow sheets, behavior plans and all other associated paperwork are completed including resident/responsible party signature as applicable.
• Ensure all Chateau policies, procedures, and systems are implemented and followed.
• Recruit, hire, supervise and coach all Assisted Living and Memory Care Caregivers
• On-call for departmental issues, medical issues and emergencies.
• Assure that all Boarding Home regulations are met
• Oversee the medication assistance program to ensure that residents on medication assistance receive their medications as ordered by their physician
• Interact regularly with doctors and health care professionals to ensure residents’ care needs are met
• Maintain budgeting guidelines for staffing hours and supplies
• Oversee monthly billing process
• Assure appropriate revenue capture
