Concierge Services

We offer a Concierge Manager at each of our communities whose principal responsibility is to deliver smiles and satisfaction through our concierge services. Do you need help scheduling private Chateau transportation to an appointment? Can we help you drop off or collect your dry cleaning? What about tickets to the next baseball game or symphony concert? Or maybe you just have a question about an upcoming in-house activity. If so, our Concierge Manager is here for you!

Taking the chores out of life

Other services include weekly housekeeping & linen service; scheduled transportation to shopping destinations, medical and dental appointments, banks and pharmacies; our certified senior fitness program; a rich array of social activities, excursions, educational opportunities; on-site maintenance; 24-hour staffing and emergency response and our emergency call system.

Dining
Residents gather in our elegant, comfortable dining rooms not only to enjoy healthful gourmet meals and restaurant-style table service, but also to relax and spend time with new friends. Our dining program features open dining, menu choices, and flexible meal plans.

Transportation
Just let us know if you need transportation to go shopping or to a nearby appointment. We provide scheduled transportation for shopping trips, organized social and recreational activities, and medical and dental appointments. Our concierge program will also get you to where you need to go or simply run a few errands around town while you sit back and relax.

Activities
Free from many of their responsibilities, our residents can take time to enjoy life by joining any of the programs we offer, including educational classes, trips and excursions, social events, arts and crafts, religious services, and holiday celebrations.

Fitness Center
Chateau Valley Center has an indoor pool and a complete health club. Fitness classes are available to all residents. Individually tailored and monitored fitness programs and strength training are also available.

Housekeeping
Chateau Valley Center provides residents with light weekly housekeeping and linen services as a part of the monthly fee. Additional housekeeping and heavy cleaning are also available.

Emergency Communication System
All apartments are connected to an emergency communication system that allows residents to reach our staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in case of an emergency.

Assisted Living Services

If and when you need a little extra help, we can assist you with the activities of daily living. These services are provided in the comfort of your apartment home without necessitating a need to move. Assisted Living Renton, WA services include:
